Software development process model

The process of Molssoft and our client's cooperation in developing custom information systems:

1. Situation and software requirements analysis.
2. Software design, evaluation of expenses and duration, and a proposal.
3. After the acceptance of the proposal the implementation phase begins. The implementation takes place at our test environment, and during this stage we keep in touch with the client's specified contact to make sure the system meets the client's requirements very closely, as opposed to just meeting the technical specification requirements.
   1. If the client's requirements change during the development process, the changes are made for free, as long as they do not significantly increase the expenses or duration of the project.
   2. If the client's requirement change causes a significant increase in the expenses or duration of the project, it is being evaluated separately and a new separate proposal is made.
4. Verification phase. The developed system is tested and debugged to ensure its stability.
5. Deployment phase. The system is deployed on client's computers, tested in the client's environment, and if necessary - additional computers and software are installed. As system's adherence to the client's requirements is ensured during the implementation phase, no significant changes to the system are required at the deployment phase.
6. Maintenance phase. During the maintenance phase support and consultancy over the phone is provided. If necessary, new functionality and bugfixes are also introduced.
